Most weapons come from Rolls and Lucky Spins at the Arsenal. Shadow Monarch and Flame Director do not. Mochi Commander is reported on the Zenless banner rather than the ordinary lower-rarity table.

These percents are from an October 9 summon table. They are not a developer rate card. If your banner prints different numbers, use the banner.

The same October 9 note still says a Mythic is guaranteed at 175 spins. That matches the later October 2 Mythic pity and does not, by itself, confirm the Arcane 250 or Zenless 2,750 counters.

Same-day history, not a second current table:
- Miyabi's pity shipped at 12,500 by mistake and was corrected to 3,500. BIGTYPO (100 Lucky Spins) was the apology code.
- One AFK note said Zenless moved from 3,000 to 2,750 and Arcane from 200 to 175.
- The later performance note lists Mythic 175, Arcane 250, and Zenless 2,750.
- After October 2, regular spins count toward those pity counters, not only Lucky Spins.
A place-matched index on October 9 still groups Miyabi, Cataclysm, and Flame Director as Lyth, Shanks and Katakuri as Arcane, and the old Mythic character names together. The summon table uses kit names. Both lists are kept on the weapon pages. Only three aliases are explicit: Mochi Commander is Katakuri, Shadow Monarch is Sung Jin-Woo, and Flame Director is Hu Tao.
Lock a kit you intend to keep. Gems can buy Lucky Spins in the weapon UI. The AFK chamber was reported to pay 1 Lucky Spin every 15 minutes on October 2.
