What is Shadow Monarch?
Shadow Monarch is the Sung Jin-Woo kit added with the Shadow Monarch update. It is not on the Arsenal banner. The ultimate, Monarch's Domain, is reported to summon Kaisel when activated a second time. Stage I adds 4% damage per level during a run, with no printed cap. Stage II brings Igris. Stage III lengthens basic attacks and adds 50% basic-attack damage. An October 9 write-up also cites i-frames on skills and basic attacks.

Drop from Nightmare Shadow Gate. Repeated clears are the route. It is not a Roll or Lucky Spin result.
How do you use Shadow Monarch?
Farm it after Story is comfortable. Evolve toward Stage II if you want the Igris companion, then Stage III for the basic-attack upgrade. Pair and trait choices still follow the live panel.
